60-night comfort promise

Try your pillow for up to 60 nights from delivery. If it's not right for you, contact us and we'll arrange a refund.

How to request a return

• Email shopnuvo@atomicmail.io with your order number and reason for return.
• We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
• Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Your legal rights

This promise is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, including the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
