Free tracked shipping to the USA

Every USA order ships free with tracking. There is no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. That short wait is deliberate: every pillow is inspected before it ships, so what reaches you is something you'll be happy with.

Each pillow goes through a rigid quality control check, covering the foam, the cover and the stitching, to make sure it keeps its shape and support for the long run.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link once it has shipped.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 5–9 business days after dispatch. Busy periods and customs checks can occasionally add a few days. We'll always keep you updated.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email shopnuvo@atomicmail.io with your order number and we'll make it right.

Address errors

Please check your address carefully. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it.
